What we collect
Name, phone number, preferred messenger, type of insurance, citizenship, vehicle details from the quote form, answers from the policy finder and calculator results if you attach them. Technical data: page address, language, cookies (with consent).
Purpose and legal basis
Contacting you and preparing insurance offers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), insurance distribution obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), marketing with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), analytics and advertising with cookie consent.
Who we share data with
Insurance companies — to the extent needed for quotes and contracts, with your knowledge; hosting and forms provider (Netlify); Telegram (request notifications); Google (analytics and ads — only with consent).
Document photos
Document photos attached to an application (registration certificate, driving licence, passport, residence card, etc.) are sent directly to the agent's Telegram and are not stored on the website's server. They are used only to prepare offers and conclude the contract. We delete them after the contract is signed or, if it isn't, within 30 days of the last contact. You provide a third party's data (e.g. the car owner's) with their knowledge.
How long
Up to 12 months after last contact, or — if you take out a policy — for the period required by insurance distribution law.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to the Polish DPA (UODO).
